Join us for Folk Medicine, a hands-on introduction to home herbalism rooted in the remedies, resourcefulness, and everyday care passed down through generations.

If you’ve wanted to work with herbs but haven’t known where to begin, pull up a chair.

Together, we’ll explore familiar ingredients and learn to prepare:

🌿 Organaflu — My signature recipe for cold and flu season.

🌿 “No More Earache” Herbal Oil — Learn the basics of preparing this easy at home remedy.

Along the way, we’ll discuss choosing ingredients, keeping preparations clean, storing and labeling your creations, and using home remedies thoughtfully.

This is a hands on workshop come prepared to dive in take home your remedies same day!

Leave with practical skills to begin your own home apothecary and a deeper connection to the tradition of caring for those you love.
