Breath to Heal in The Light System

About this event

Join this exclusive event combining the power of active breathwork with The Light System™ (TLS).

Joanne will take you on a life-changing adventure as she leads you through deep levels of healing and balance.

By harnessing the power of your sacred breath with The Light System, you’ll receive increased benefits of activating your parasympathetic nervous system, detoxifying the body, increasing oxygen to the brain and stimulating your body’s natural happy hormones. You’ll leave feeling deeply rejuvenated, energized and relaxed.

This intense and gratifying event is about release and surrender!

You will use active breath to clear, move and release stagnant energy to release old emotions, limiting beliefs, and traumas stored in your body. This is unlike any breathwork you’ve done in your yoga class. Joanne’s breath workshops blend the 3-stage Pranayama Breath, taught by world renown breath expert, David Elliott, blended together with her expertise in other healing modalities.

Remember to:

• Dress comfortable and if you have a favorite yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, journal & pen, your water bottle, feel free to bring.

• Eat light and it’s recommended not to have any heavy meals 1-2 hours prior to workshop.

• Seek the advice of your doctor before attending the workshop if you have any medical questions or concerns about breathwork for any medical conditions you have.
