- ➤ Pensacola International Airport announced that Breeze Airways will add nonstop flights to Fort Lauderdale and San Antonio. Flights to Fort Lauderdale begin May 7 on Thursdays and Sundays and trips to San Antonio start June 10 on Wednesdays and Saturdays — expanding travel options for leisure, business, and military passengers. - ➤ Gulf Breeze’s Wendy’s closed at 20 Daniel St today and will be replaced by Alabama-based Foosackly’s (known for fresh chicken fingers and Southern-style sides) later this year as the city welcomes the family-owned chain to boost local dining options. Pensacola News Journal
