- ➤ Developers Brad and Brooke Agers filed a proposal on March 5 to build an indoor sportsplex on a 2.4-acre site at 6570 Mobile Highway next to the Pensacola fairgrounds. The project is set to include two 15,000-square-foot metal buildings with dedicated areas for baseball, softball, and basketball—each with office space, ADA-compliant restrooms, and a planned 40-space parking lot.
