- ➤ Escambia County Fire Rescue responded around 6 a.m. Tuesday to a house fire caused by a fallen candle—displacing five residents and killing two dogs while one dog escaped—before crews had the flames under control by 6:30 a.m. Pensacola News Journal

- ➤ On March 16th, an 18-year-old woman was charged with battery after a Pensacola Beach parking lot fight was caught on a viral Facebook video — which shows her punching and pulling hair during the altercation — and she was released on a $1,000 bond later that day. WEAR-TV

- ➤ Chef Sheila McNamee-Mizrachi led a cooking class for ARC clients with disabilities at B'nai Israel Synagogue on March 11, where participants learned to make simple meals like quesadillas and salsa.
