- ➤ On Sunday night, two NAS Pensacola airmen rescued a 37-year-old driver who drove the wrong way after a medical emergency and crashed into Bayou Chico Creek near a local gas station before EMS arrived. FOX 10

- ➤ Gas prices in Florida surged on March 18 as five counties saw regular gasoline near $4 per gallon. In the Pensacola area, gas sold for an average of $3.615 (up from Tuesday) and remained more affordable than in other counties. Pensacola News Journal
