Nine Mile Road Suite 1 and sells over 40 flavors of Italian ice, soft ice cream and its signature Jelati with a drive-thru. Owner Tom Kennedy said he plans to share the franchise’s community spirit as a grand opening celebration will take place on April 12—inviting locals to enjoy a new treat.

A Pensacola man was arrested on March 11 after a landscaper reported that two children fled a home where stepfather Adam Phillips allegedly beat, threw and strangled them—Phillips now faces two first-degree felony counts of aggravated child abuse and is set for arraignment on April 4.
