- ➤ Despite rainy weather last Sunday, more than 100 volunteers from Perdido Bay Methodist Church built twin beds for children in need across Santa Rosa and Escambia counties at the Sleep in Heavenly Peace Pensacola event. - ➤ The National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola now offers Admirals Club seating for Blue Angels’ public practice this coming Wednesday for $10 on a first-come, first served basis. - ➤ At Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, the annual Emerald Coast Electrathon on Saturday featured 44 teams from Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia and Texas racing in two one-hour events with drivers building their own single-passenger electric cars.
