- ➤ Santa Rosa County is expanding affordable housing with Habitat for Humanity and the Community Land Trust. The first home at 5912 Congress St. in Gulf Breeze is now occupied while additional units near Milton are planned for future development. Pensacola News Journal

- ➤ Christopher Green built a fence at Sea Green Center to block cut-through traffic after a longtime parking agreement expired, but Harbourtown board voted to preserve its easement access — prompting Gulf Breeze to revoke the permit. - ➤ Wawa received a development order for its new 6,372 sqft Navarre store on U.S. Highway 98 — it faced rezoning controversy near Santa Rosa Sound — while its Santa Rosa County location on Berryhill Road nears opening, adding to a series of rapid expansions. Pensacola News Journal
