  • Fans planning to attend the Pensacola Beach Air Show on July 12 will face parking challenges as the Casino Beach lot closes at 3:30 a.m.; officials advise arriving early and using the free trolley service provided by the Santa Rosa Island Authority — additional parking is available at Park East and Park West.  Pensacola News Journal

  • Pensacola Beach Air Show will start Wednesday, July 9 with Breakfast with the Blues at 7:30 a.m.—the Blue Angels will practice on Thursday, rehearse on Friday, and fly officially on Saturday at 2 p.m. Tens of thousands of fans will watch over the emerald green waters — part of the Red, White & Blues Week celebration featuring more than a dozen military and civilian aerobatic acts.  Pensacola News Journal

  • The Florida Department of Agriculture is redrafting a proposed rule that would require small poultry farmers to sell chickens with the head, feet, and organs intact — a change many farmers say is unsanitary and could hurt their businesses.
