- ➤ A 41-year-old woman pleaded no contest to charges after Pensacola police arrested her on September 26th following a traffic stop that found over six grams of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine and drug paraphernalia—she was sentenced to 20 years in state prison and fined 150,000 dollars. - ➤ UWF is set to discuss hiring a vice president/chief of staff to work closely with Interim President Manny Diaz and manage key operations—if approved, the new hire with a $180,000 salary will start on Aug. 1 and must meet strict education and experience requirements.
