  • Residents along Bellview Avenue are raising drainage concerns as the county considers the Skyline Subdivision plan to build 134 houses on 20 acres—neighbors want wastewater systems and retention ponds upgraded to stop flooding that hinders emergency access and school safety. The proposal passed the Planning Board and will be reviewed by county commissioners during a public hearing on Aug. 7 for final approval.  WEAR-TV
