John Jerralds, a local educator, health professional and former council member who championed fairness, died July 21 at age 80.

Visitation is Aug. 6 at Joe Morris and Son Funeral Home (701 N. Devilliers St.) with a Celebration of Life scheduled Aug. 7 at Macedonia Baptist Church.

PCS Outreach Ministries held its annual Back-to-School bash at Lexington Terrace Park on Saturday, giving school supplies, food, toys, and clothes to over 200 children in the Warrington area.
