- ➤ Dr. Francis Herrbold, a Pensacola thoracic surgeon, was sentenced to eight years in state prison and three years of sex offender probation for assaulting a friend on a yacht in 2023—he climbed the yacht’s side to enter the locked cabin while the victim slept. Pensacola News Journal
