- ➤ A 41-year-old Navarre woman died on Friday night on Pinto Avenue in Santa Rosa County after being shot—47-year-old Curtis Marvin Johnson was arrested on second-degree murder charges and is held at the county jail as the investigation continues. WEAR-TV

- ➤ Residents in the Cypress Point Neighborhood reported a sewage leak on Saturday that left dead fish in Skinner Mill Creek — which flows into Escambia Bay — marking the seventh incident this year with thousands of gallons spilled.
