- ➤ A 32-year-old Pensacola man named Jovon Booker now faces federal charges for money laundering and drug trafficking as well as attempted murder charges from a May 2024 club shooting—his trial for the shooting is set for Sept. 24. WEAR-TV
- ➤ Pensacola Police investigated a shooting on West Gadsden Street on Sunday morning after a shot spotter alert led officers to an 800 block home where one adult was struck by non life-threatening gunfire and taken to the hospital for treatment. WEAR-TV
