Pensacola's curbside recycling program now covers over 5,100 paying customers and has achieved a 7% contamination rate after its relaunch one year ago. Mayor D.C. Reeves said the new program uses an $8 monthly fee and AI-equipped trucks to ensure cleaner recycling compared with the previous system.
