- ➤ Visit Pensacola is facing cash flow problems as the county comptroller’s office has withheld millions in approved reimbursements—leading to delays in paying vendors, including over $1.2 million owed to its largest partner. - ➤ Florida’s budget talks have stalled as State Rep. Andrade said the Senate is likely to let the session run out by June 6—forcing a special session that will involve the governor in decisions, while Gov. DeSantis recently signed a law making it a felony to leave dogs behind during declared emergencies. State Rep. Salzman surprised local supporters by praising Gov.
